    Description: Through the use of Restore Essence in conjunction with Transmute essence the user can boost their muscles and in turn their strength and endurance too inhuman levels at the cost off major essence for mid range period's of time with the more the essence output the higher the effects and time limit.

    Description:A powerful crushing grip that wraps around an opponents limbs or even objects to crush within there hands. This constricting technique can be used as a chokehold on an opponent, when grappled by the throat with this technique it is nearly impossible for the victim to break the hold unless they posses a strength tier above the users. The hand then becomes locked in place as the muscles are feed essence and tighten slowly contracting around the enemy’s throat which will cause them to gasp for air, if Sara wishes she is capable of crushing the opponents throat killing them instantly, It takes 20 posts (total) to crush to death, won't work on things with particularly muscular necks as well as creatures to large for you to grab their necks. Suffocation to unconsciousness will depend on the victims fatigue limit, 50-59 = 5 posts, 80-89 = 8 posts etc.
    If the user does not wish to kill the opponent they may simply choke the opponent into unconsciousness. This strong crushing grip can also be used in crushing the bones of the opponent, but in order to do that there hand must be able to wrap around the opponents limb in order to crush it. There is however ways of escape this technique, if caught in a chokehold by Sara the only way to escape is to either brake the women's strength or strike her hard enough she nearly dies from it. If Sara however dies when she has someone in her clutches it becomes nearly impossible for the victim to escape her strength increases by 2, due to the fact the body’s muscle lock in place causing the grip to become nearly unbreakable. There option now is to either die a slow death of lack of oxygen or amputate the hand or there own to escape there grip.

With this, the user, after becoming stronger, becoming more adaptable, becomes more adaptable to the climate controls. Ever seen a woman walk out in the harsh snow without succumbing to the harsh effects of hypothermia, or perhaps ever seen a man walking out in the hot desert without ever undergoing of the intense capabilities of heatstroke or Hyperthermia. With this technique, a user is able to walk around in the hot sun, or walk through intense heat without problems, or having a heatstroke.  Once activated it last 4 post with a 2 post cooldown draining a E rank per post.
    increases the time limit before succumbing to the effects of Dehydration by 10 posts.

    Description:By flowing the users essence through their muscles they can start a expansion of their muscles which increases their size x2, during this transformation the users strength is increased by 1 rank level along with their breathing capability increasing to allow the user too hold their breathe for 7 post before strain. Drains 1 E rank essence per post as well as E rank blood (to compensate for the added blood flow to the enlarged muscles) every 2 post and last 8 post until reverting to normal with a 4 post cooldown.

    Monkey Grip - 20 posts (total) to crush to death, won't work on things with particularly muscular necks as well as creatures to large for you to grab their necks. Suffocation to unconsciousness will depend on the victims fatigue limit, 50-59 = 5 posts, 80-89 = 8 posts etc.

    Gate of Adaptation = No Permanents until A-rank, in addition include activation time period and will require E-rank Essence Drain each post active, likewise include that it merely increases the time limit before succumbing to the effects of Dehydration by 10 posts. Separate Hypothermia into another technique.

    Gate of Breathe, Remove the Hardening effect make it into another technique. It will drain E-rank Essence each post active with E-rank Blood every 2 posts active, time limit remains likewise include a Cooldown = to half duration.

    Gate of Rubber = No requires Rubber Idol.

    You didn't Separate the adapting like I asked.
    Make one technique for hot temperatures and another for cold temperatures.
    The Gate Techs the cool downs? you didn't put them please add them the cool downs will be half the duration of the gate.

    Tactics* <-- (how you spell it.), and I'm assuming Muscle Man will be sporadic increases before reverting back to normal according with the technique you are attempting to use, like for instance increasing the muscles in one's legs when kicking off the ground for that moment before reverting them to normal as you kick off the ground.

    Description:Focusing essence in the muscles in her hand holding her switch-axe Sara increases it's strength by one rank for one post allowing for quick swing.

    Description: With this technique Sara has the capability of jumping at extreme distances without wasting to much energy as others do when running. They are able to leap long distances and reach places at shorter time depending on how well they are able to perform this technique. When the user learns the “E” Rank version of this technique the user is able to leap at a distance of up to a 100 yards.This takes the amount of time of one round. Each round is the amount performed in Battle Roleplay, and not regular roleplay. In order to use the Bulk Jump the user must take a set of two jumps before making the final jump. The first jump takes up one tenth of distance the user is able to jump, then the second jump takes up a third of the user’s jump, then finally they are able to take a whole leap of faith high into the air their leg muslce easily matching the size of their torso.

    Description:  Becoming infuriated with a beast, the user yells at the top of there lungs( enhancing the phonatory muscles) and generating a powerful tidal wave that is capable of sending the opponent flying back into the distance. This sonic boom surrounds the user sending anything around them flying back at a high velocity. The sound wave of this technique is capable of being seen by the human eye as the area around the user ripples causing the space to shimmer making that area very disoriented when looking upon it.  This scream intimidates near by Juvenile creatures in to possible alligment of the user or they simply flee, for submissive creatures the Scream simply infuriates them unless the are injured already and losing faith in their winning capabilities.

    Bulk Jump separate it into multiple techniques cut down the range drastically it's an E-rank not supposed to be that powerful. What your giving it right now would be good for a C, B and an A. But separate them up things that go E-A and such aren't allowed.

    Bulk Jump make it 15 feet.

    Force Scream, nothing knock back or anything requires Sound Conduit or Hunting Horn.
    Have the Intimidation be by size.

    Small Sized Juvenile Herbivores are intimidated or freeze up in shock.
    Medium (S) Sized Juvenile Herbivores are intimidated or flee.
    Medium (M) Sized Juvenile Herbivores are intimidated or unaffected.
    Medium (L) + sized Juvenile Herbivores are unaffected or infuriated.

    Then make advanced versions for bigger juvenile herbivore creatures
    D will give you from Medium (XL) - Large (L)
    C will give you submissive from Small to Medium (L)
    B will give you submissive from Medium (XL) - Large (L)
    A will give you Dominant from Small-Medium (XL)
    S will give you Dominant and below Large
    X will give you all Herbivores Colossus sized and below.

    Then make two sets for Omnivores and Carnivores.

    It seems I missed something crucial. For your Essence you never made Minor Essence and I approved it, my mistake but until you create your minor essence all of the approved techniques are invalid.

    Your Styles however which fall under Minor Style are unaffected by this verdict.
